Telesales Representative – Norwegian Market
Do you want to become an expert in our products and share your knowledge with customers? Do you enjoy combining service, sales, and customer guidance? Then you might be the person we’re looking for!
We are now seeking a customer- and service-oriented Telesales Representative to guide our Norwegian customers through the buying journey – working with one of the strongest and broadest home improvement assortments in the Nordics.
About the role
Many of our customers are looking for extra guidance when making purchasing decisions. That’s why we have a dedicated telesales team supporting our inbound customers every day.
For us, delivering the right customer experience is just as important as offering the right product. The service we provide builds long-term relationships and trust. As a Telesales Representative, you will take our incoming customers “by the hand” – guiding them through the purchase process and ensuring they find the best solution based on their unique needs.
You will be supported by experienced colleagues, a strong internal support structure, and close collaboration with our suppliers, whom you’ll be in continuous contact with.
Who you are
We don’t require extensive prior experience in the building or home improvement industry – but a strong interest in our products is essential for success and growth in the role.
As a person, you are ambitious and take ownership of your personal development. You enjoy combining service, customer focus, and sales in a successful way. You are confident on the phone, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and maintain strong commercial focus in every customer interaction – always looking for opportunities to grow the business. You are fluent in Norwegian and English.
